I read a few bad reviews regarding Black Magic but I thought I would give them a try. Only after the fact, after hours of looking through configurations do I see a juxtapositional chart after running a google search (not a Black Magic Support search) showing that only the Intensity Pro and the Thunderbolt are compatible with Mac OS.īlack magic owes me a free Thunderbolt Intensity Shuffle or drivers, beta or otherwise, that will support the Mac Mini USB 3.0 configuration. I think it is an absolutely failure in regards to customer support selling a product that has no easily identifiable indicators to product limitations.īefore I purchased this USB 3.0 I looked and looked to make sure there was no limitations and that it could be used on the Mac Mini such that I could move from Mac to Windows if needed. The BM web site does not clearly state product limitations and it is a demonstration of poor customer service.
